The biggest clean piece of Iolite we have seen for quite some time. Production of this material has all but stopped and prices are rising rapidly. Not too dark like some Iolite can be, this piece is well shaped with the best colour showing on the best orientation for yield. There are some typical feathers towards the top of the stone, but they are well placed and should grind out in the cutting process.
